Terms of Service

These terms are a starting template and should be reviewed by your legal advisor before launch.

1. Consignment

By submitting a card you authorize SecretConsignments to advertise it for sale on your behalf at the asking price you set. You confirm you own the card and that your description and photos are accurate.

2. Pricing

You set the asking price and, optionally, the lowest price you would accept. We will not sell below your minimum without your approval.

3. Review

We may approve, request changes to, or decline any submission at our discretion.

4. After submission

Once submitted, cards are managed by SecretConsignments. Contact us if something needs to change.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
